Restocking Fees
In certain approved refund cases, NT-Store may apply a small restocking or administrative fee to cover transaction costs. Any applicable fee will be communicated clearly before processing the refund and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If NT-Store offers physical products in the future, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

NT-Store is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Resending may incur additional administrative charges.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refunds do not include any shipping or administrative fees, where applicable.
